Beam Forward was founded in 2025 in Shanghai, born from a simple truth revealed across years of work in both education and business: organizations grow when people do.

After more than a decade designing training programs, leading teams, shaping learning ecosystems, and driving culture change across Asia and South America, Michael daLuz witnessed the same pattern again and again — no matter the industry, the strategy, or the level of ambition, the most successful teams were those rooted in human connection, clarity, and continuous learning.

In classrooms, he saw educators transform their practice when they were supported, trusted, and empowered. In companies, he saw teams innovate and perform when communication was strong and people felt safe to bring their ideas forward. He learned that when people feel seen, capable, and connected, they don’t just contribute — they ignite progress.
